Welcome to FASAK SQUAD. By accessing our website, submitting a project brief, or completing a payment request, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

1. Engagement & Project Briefing

All project engagements begin with the client submitting a project brief via our interactive client portal (`/brief`). We reserve the right to decline any brief that conflicts with our scheduling constraints, contains prohibited content, or fails to meet alignment criteria.

2. Scope of Work & Approval

The exact deliverables, deadlines, and milestones are determined by the approved quote listed on your client dashboard page. Any additions, modifications, or extensions to the project scope requested after work kickoff will be billed separately as an out-of-scope amendment.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

FASAK SQUAD coordinates secure online payments through the Cashfree Payment Gateway and provides automated signed receipts via Zoho SMTP.

  • Kickoff Payment: Projects are queued and commenced only after the approved quote amount is paid in full (or a mutually agreed percentage deposit is received).
  • Manual Validation: In cases of offline bank transfers or direct payments, status updates will be handled manually by the admin, resulting in the dispatch of an invoice copy.
  • Late Payments: If secondary project milestones are not paid within five (5) business days of notice, project timelines will be paused.
INTEGRATED REFUND POLICY CLAUSE:FASAK SQUAD allocates creative talent and engineering slots immediately upon kickoff. Consequently, all completed payments are final. Once work begins, a 100% refund is not possible. Cancellations mid-project are subject strictly to prorated billing based on work hours completed.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Ownership rights of deliverables are governed by the following criteria:

  • Client Ownership: Upon successful receipt of 100% of the project payments, the client assumes complete ownership of final video renders, Figma assets, and source code files.
  • Portfolio Usage Rights: FASAK SQUAD retains the right to showcase snippets of the completed videos, thumbnails, or web interfaces in our portfolio, case studies, or social media pages, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project kickoff.
  • Pre-existing Code & Templates: We retain ownership of our core proprietary scripts, templates, or libraries incorporated into the deliverables.

5. Client Responsibilities & Materials

Clients must supply high-quality assets (A-roll footage, high-res logos, copywriting material, hosting keys) in a timely manner. FASAK SQUAD is not liable for project delays resulting from client negligence, delayed feedback, or missing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

FASAK SQUAD is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including business loss, decrease in organic search rankings, hosting server downtime, or social media account suspensions) arising from the use of our deliverables. We do not guarantee specific viral algorithms or keyword index positions.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate project agreements immediately if the client exhibits abusive behavior, fails to pay, or requests illegal or copyright-infringing deliverables.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
